Transaction Print
Print the sales order or a proforma invoice
Where your system has been configured to produce documentation, this will be available to download on this step.
To download a document, click on the "Download" link. After a few seconds the "Download" link will change to read "Open".
The behaviour of this download is different depending on the browser you are using. Often clicking open will open the document straight away. In other browsers, the document will be available in your taskbar button at the bottom of the screen, as follows:
Opening the document will typically launch a PDF viewer with the document displayed. From here you can print or email the document.
