Customers - When creating a Sales Order you must specify the details of the customer placing the order. The Customer's address details will be used when authorising any credit card payments taken against the order and should be considered the Billing Address.
To search for a customer, enter details into the Address Search field.
To create a new address, click on the New button.
To change a customer address against an order, click the x button alongside the Address Search field.
Deliveries - Where the order is to be delivered to an address other than the Billing Address, you must specify this in the Deliveries section. Where shipping to the Billing Address you can simply leave the Delivery Address blank.
To search for a delivery, enter details into the Address Search field.
To create a new address, click on the New button.
To change a delivery address against an order, click the x button alongside the Address Search field.
Below the address details is a section allowing entry of additional order details. These may not necessarily resemble those shown in the image above as it is possible to have bespoke fields in this section.
