Tracking the fulfilment and delivery status of an order
If you wish to track the progress of an order from one of our fulfilment centres to its final destination, you can do so using the Consignment Tracking functionality.
Select an order and click the Consignment Tracking option
From the Sales Orders page simply check the order you wish to track (note; only one order can be tracked at a time), click the "Apply Action" button and select the Consignment Tracking option. This will open up a new tab showing a screen similar to that shown below:

The top section of this page shows details as to how the order progressed from being received to being dispatched.
The middle section shows additional order details including a consignment number (Tracking Number), whilst the tracking details are shown in the bottom section. There is also a link to the Carriers Tracking page should you require this.
