If you feel that any issue has not been satisfactorily addressed after initial escalation, this may be referred to Board level within fulfilmentcrowd Ltd. You can do so by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please ensure that any shipments that are for more than 9 cartons are booked in with your centre. You should do this by contacting the Goods In team, via email. The email address will be different depending on the fulfilment centre you have been assigned to. They will allocate a day and timeslot for your carrier within 48 hours after the request.
